GREENREJU (the “Company”) discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. The Site can be used without membership, and the Company processes only the minimum personal information needed to respond to inquiries.

2. Retention Period
- Inquiry information is kept for 3 years after the inquiry is resolved and then destroyed, as required for records of consumer complaints and dispute handling under Korean e-commerce law.
- If you request deletion, we destroy your information without delay unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Access logs may be kept for 3 months under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act.
3. Destruction
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
4. Provision to Third Parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except with your consent or where required by law.
5. Outsourcing
We use a web hosting service to operate the Site, and inquiry information is stored on its servers. We do not otherwise outsource the processing of personal information. Any change will be announced in this Policy.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time by contacting the Privacy Officer below.
7. Cookies
The Site may use cookies for convenience and visit statistics. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, although some features may then be limited.
8. Security Measures
We restrict access to administrator accounts, use secure connections (SSL) and carry out regular checks to protect personal information.

10. Changes to This Policy
