Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by GREENREJU (the “Company”) on its official website greenreju.com (the “Site”), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “Site” means the website (Korean and English) operated by the Company to provide brand and product information and to receive inquiries.
2. “User” means any person in Korea or abroad who accesses the Site and uses its services under these Terms. No membership registration is required.
3. “External Store” means an online store operated by a third party that sells the Company’s products, such as Naver Smart Store.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

1. The Company posts these Terms at the bottom of the Site.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by law and will announce the changes and their effective date on the Site at least 7 days in advance.

Article 4 (Services)

1. Brand and product information
2. Receiving and responding to customer and partnership inquiries
3. Guidance on purchasing through External Stores
4. Responding to export and distribution inquiries from overseas partners

Article 5 (Purchasing Products)

1. The Site does not sell products or process payments directly. Purchases are made through External Stores.
2. Orders, payment, delivery, exchanges, returns and refunds at an External Store are governed by that store’s terms and policies and by applicable law.

Article 6 (Overseas Users and Export Inquiries)

1. Purchase and export inquiries from overseas users and partners are received through the Contact page or by email.
2. Shipping costs, import duties and taxes, customs fees and return conditions for overseas transactions are agreed individually. Unless otherwise agreed, import duties and taxes in the destination country are borne by the recipient.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users must not:

1. use another person’s information or enter false information when making an inquiry;
2. interfere with the operation of the Site or disrupt its network; or
3. infringe the Company’s intellectual property or damage its reputation.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights in the text, images, videos, logos, designs and brand names (GREENREJU) on the Site belong to the Company. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without the Company’s prior written consent.

Article 9 (Privacy)

The Company protects users’ personal information in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company is not liable when it cannot provide the services for reasons beyond its intent or negligence, such as natural disasters or network failures.
2. Product information on the Site is provided for general reference, and the experience of using a product may vary by individual skin condition. If any skin irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult a dermatologist.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms and any disputes between the Company and users are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Any lawsuit between the Company and a user shall be brought before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
